About Company
- The Company was incorporated as “All Time Plastics Private Limited”, on March 8, 2001, at Mumbai. The company was converted into a public limited company in May 2024, and the name was changed to “All Time Plastics Ltd”. The company manufactures plastic consumerware products for everyday household needs.
- The products include Prep Time (kitchen tools for preparing cooking ingredients); Containers (food storage containers); Organization (miscellaneous storage containers); Hangers (various types of hangers); Meal Time (kitchenware); Cleaning Time (cleaning equipment); Bath Time (bathroom products); and Junior (child-friendly tableware, cutlery and other items).
- The company primarily produces consumerware for customers to market under their own brand names (B2B), i.e white-label manufacturing, and also sells its products under its proprietary “alltime” brand (B2C).
- The company owns and operates 3 fully integrated manufacturing facilities at (a) Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, (b) Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu and (c) Manekpur, Gujarat. These facilities are strategically located within the industrial processing zones of western India and near ports and petrochemical plants.
- The company had a combined total installed production capacity of 33,000 tonnes per from 4,000 tonnes to 22,500 tonnes.
- The company has long-standing relationships with global retailers, including IKEA, Asda Stores Ltd, Michaels Stores, Inc., and Tesco Plc (“Tesco”). Further, the company also sells its products to Indian retailers, including Spencer’s Retail Ltdd, among others.
- The company has 1,848 SKUs across 8 product categories. During FY2025,2024 and 2023, the company launched 598, 553 and 609 new SKUs, respectively.
- The company primarily exports its products to retailers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, and sell its products in India to IKEA and other modern trade retailers, super distributors and distributors. The company’s products were exported to 29 countries in FY 2025.
- The company’s revenue from operations increased from ?443.48 Cr for FY 2023 to ?558.17 Cr (consolidated) for FY 2025, representing a CAGR of 12.19%. The company’s EBITDA increased from ?73.78 Cr for FY 2023 to ? 101.34 Cr (consolidated) for FY2025, representing a CAGR of 17.51%. The company’s profit for the year increased from ?28.27 Cr for FY2023 to ?47.29 Cr (consolidated) for FY 2025, representing a CAGR of 29.34%.
